Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user. Repeat offenders may have their accounts terminated or restricted.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. It must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  • A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA complaint.

  • Your signature (physical or electronic).

We may restore the removed content if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days.
